I have never received a haircut that is 100% what I asked for prior to coming to Avanti. Jamie gave me my first hair cut and color that was exactly what I had envisioned and exactly what I asked for her to do. I am so happy with it. I highly recommend Avanti, and more specifically Jamie. :)
Everyone was very nice and Mindy talked to me a lot about what to do with my hair. I hadn't gotten a hair cut in over 2 years because my previous experiences had been so bad.
I went here and asked for rose gold hair, I left with bright purple. When I asked if she would fix it, she wanted to charge me for that. Enough said
I paid $85 dollars to get my hair messed up!! I was touching up my hair... I have blonde on the bottom and black on top. She said she could do it.... I trusted her (Brenda) when she went to wash the color out she wash ALL My hair together.... Bad Idea, my once BLONDE hair now looks a horrible grey... The black dye apparently leaked onto it while she was rinsing it out. She said it would get better after a couple of washes. Yeah fkn right... IT DIDNT AND IT WONT!! NEVER EVER GOING BACK THERE OR RECOMMENDING IT TO ANYONE!!!
Took my boyfriends daughter there, the staff was so polite and curtious. I love how they are by the book and on time with they're scheduled appointments. As soon as we walked in the waiting area had such a nice vibe. It really made us comfortable. Jamie did my boyfriends daughter hair. She has wonderful hands. Very accommodating, and very good at her job. I honestly believe she loves what she does. She was just wonderful. Will go back again. 5 stars! Everyone here is just wonderful. Jamie made sure to nail the exact haircut my boyfriends daughter wanted. Excellent salon!
