I had a gift certificate from Christmas that I had been holding on to because I didn't want to bring my four-year-old and they never had convenient appointments available. I finally went and was so excited to be getting a pedicure! I am a working mom and a full time student- so it was long over-due. When I got there- I was ignored for five to eight minutes when finally someone came up. They didn't even greet me! They just stared at me with the "what do you want" look on their face and I told them I had an appointment. She advised me she had a customer still but I could soak while she was finishing up. She gave me scalding water to put my feet in, didn't even ask me how it felt. She then said she would put music on so I wouldn't sit in silence. She put country music on- didn't ask me my preference. I do not like country music- but she took off to finish her client. Thirty minutes later she came back and hastily put a scrub on my, shaped my toenails (didn't ask me what shape), threw some mud on and gave a half-attempt and massage. She painted my nails half ways too. She didn't let the polish dry in between coats and it was smeared and not even covering the whole toe in some places. Not to mention she slathered the lotion on to the point that I couldn't walk in my sandals or drive my car! Then she charges me $45 for the crappiest pedicure I have ever received! I have been stewing over this for a few days but now I am so mad! My husband got me a special gift and I didn't want him to know how horrible it was. I could have gone to the mall for $25 and got an awesome pedicure. My feet were not pampered, in fact I had a heat blister on my toe the next day! They scheduled me at closing and I was treated like a nuisance and rushed. The lady was nice enough- but you could tell she just wanted to leave. We work hard for our money and it is sad to think the $45 on that horrible pedicure could have been spent towards something waaaaay more enjoyable. I will never step foot in there again. First and last time sure.
I went in for a simple haircut and the lady cut my hair uneven and screwed up my bangs. Not worth the $20 a haircut. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Audrey is the best! She always cuts and colors my hair so it looks better than I expected.
