Absolutely horrible ordered a medium rare steak got it delivered and it was well done and burnt called the same night to let them know was put on hold then hung up on and then never answered again... Called the next day told me they couldn't do anything unless i had the steak which I'm staying in a hotel for work with no fridge so how would i keep a steak over night also i dont think anyone would keep a burnt steak then wants to offer me 15 percent off my next visit when i clearly just want my order fixed and receive the correct thing
Great food. I love ordering here whether in person or delivery. The steak and burgers are great.
Do not let the prices or fast-food vibe put you off. With military discount I got a huge NY strip for $13.79 cooked at a perfect medium rare. Comes with sweet tea, a roll, a baked potato, and a salad. There isn't a place in town where you can get a steak with all that stuff for that price and be able to pick it up in 15 minutes. Check it out.
My husband and I came in tonight, 30min before closing, and usually we don't like doing that. Being in the serving industry, most places find that super annoying. However, everyone was super friendly. The food was delicious & made pretty quick! Steak Express definitely works up to its name. Will definitely be coming back! :)
After just getting into town on a Friday night, this place was a great, fast, friendly option for dinner. The Sirloin Steak Tips were sooooo good!
