Awful service! I order pretty frequently from arrowhead and the last month or so has been awful. They don’t check to make sure the order is correct, they take forever and my last order from them was completely wrong, chicken was raw and they were 20 minutes late delivering my food! I called and ask for a manger, they said one would call me back and I have yet to receive a call! They owe me $22.30 and I have yet to hear anything back! I will be ordering from MenuRunners from now on!
I politely told her I won't be using Arrowhead again.
The number of mess ups and longer than quoted wait times has gone up. I like this service a lot, but feel like maybe they have taken on a bit to much with out the amount of resources needed to run efficiently. It's a great service, but needs improvements now that it's bigger.
Waited two hours just to get a driver assigned, and still received an incorrect item. Apparently the company simply doesn't review the additional notes for customer orders. If you cannot be reached by phone, no attempt will be made to clarify the order or address; no email, no reading customer notes, nothing. Just take your money and wait for the customer to fix the problem. Horrible service.
Went through Arrowhead twice, the first time was ok, some mess ups but not a big deal.
2 hours later and I'm still waiting for my food. Will never use this service again. Good in theory, but not put in practice very well. Will just go straight to the business next time.
This second time they took way longer on expected time, food was cold, when I got my food the drivers bag that is used to store the food and keep warm was open when it was pulled from the vehicle. One of my items were missing. When I called the for my items they said it would be fixed, never got a call back, waited for close to an hour and I called the dispatch, when I went on to explain my concerns, she rudely interrupted me when I was talking and started giving excuses.
