By Far one of the worst places i have been in my entire life would much rather be doing anything else than be here.
Already have been on the phone for thirty minutes. Refuse to give up. Will make their life hell for one simple question. I am also almost a 100% sure that their phone may not ring until the automated hold is done with information
Called multiple times and no answer. I understand that they are busy however with no place else to call it is frustrating. In order for your question to be resolved you must take a number and wait in line for hours. If they would just pick up the line I am sure people would be less frustrated with this entity.
You can tell a place is unorganized and inefficient when their contact information automaticaly redirects you to an entirely different location. The Abilene Post office is similar.
I've been waiting for my license for almost 2 weeks now. I know it takes a while to send it our but someone I know had been wiring to get their license for over a year now. And all I did was change my address on mine. I'm not sure if it'll come soon but I really don't wanna have to go up there and wait half an hour just to tell them to hurry up! Like. Give me my license. Send it in the mail it shouldn't take this long.
