I didn't go in but I tried to call. "For English press one" so I pressed one. "Incorrect response for additional help press zero" so I press zero "incorrect response for additional help press zero" so I wait thinking maybe it will put me through. "Thank you and goodbye" this is a terrible system. Very displeased.
Had my son go in for immunizations with no problems. Staff was very accommodating.
