Thanks for helping my husband and I work together to find a new marriage counselor! Your lack of professionalism is something that's easy for us to agree on! When my husband called to make the appointment, you gave him two different options. In the time it took him to call me and ask which one worked for me, you called him back to say, oops, the doctor you were booking us with doesn't actually work there anymore! You said you would rebook us with a different doctor. We weren't sure if this meant that our appointment time was going to change, or if you were going to get back to us, or what. We spent the entire next day (the day we thought maybe we were supposed to have an appointment) trying to call to confirm. No one answered the phones. All day. We got a voicemail at our appointment time saying "oh you guys didn't show up, guess we should have called you to confirm, huh? Oops, well we will just schedule you in for the other appointment." We have been trying all morning today to call and tell you that the other appointment time doesn't work for us, but of course, you aren't answering your phones. So we left a voicemail letting you know that your services will no longer be required.
The counselors are kind and caring. We are fortunate to have them in Abilene. They are the best and the staff treat you with dignity and respect.
