This clinic is run very efficiently.The wait isn't long and the doctors,Dr.Vann,gives the time required to know your problems and to know you.I'm grateful for all the professional help received.
Educated, passionate staff of doctors, nurses, and more made getting physical therapy here something I could look forward to.
HORRIBLE!! and havent even made it there yet. The ladies that answer the phone are rude, misleading and dont care how long you are on hold, make you talk to someone else every time you call and they all tell you something different. When you finally do get a manager she just backs the other people who all told you different things and blames you for not giving them information even though you gave them all the same info. They assume everyone knows exactly how their system works and does not help with anything!!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone just because how badly i was treated over the phone!!!! These doctors are losing patients because of the people at the front desk!!!
Dr. Cooke and his staff are very inconsiderate and unprofessional of people's time. I had my appointment at 4:30 showed up at 4:20 and did not get seen until 5:20. Not a single staff member came to tell me that other issues had "arised". When he came in to see me he wanted to tell me that walk ins come first so what is the point making an appointment!?! He then proceeded to let me know that I should find a different Dr. because I was highly irritated well wouldn't anybody be irritated when walk ins are going before a scheduled appointment. I say the hell with this establishment and go to REAL DOCTORS in Dallas or elsewhere were they stick to people appointments!
The FINEST Drs in Abilene area are at this facility....Dr Stark took very good care of me with a Total Knee Replacement...Dr Watts is the BEST Pain Management Dr in the Abilene...MY experience has been nothing but FABULOUS! Thank You to ABILENE BONE & Joint in Abilene!
