I went to see Dr. Tidmore regarding ear problems that I've been dealing with for several years now. We discussed 2 methods of treatment. The first was a round of steroids, along with allergy meds & nasal spray. If that didn't work we discussed putting tubes in my ears. Well, the meds didn't work so I tried to find out how much it was going to cost me to have the tubes put in, and I can't get the surgery coordinator to call me back at all. It's been well over a week since I left a message for Ginger & I've heard nothing from her. My follow up appt is tomorrow 4/25 & I will be complaining about that. I'm a single income household so I have to plan for expenses like this. I don't appreciate being ignored.
All i can say is OUTSTANDING!! DR.THOMPSON AND STAFF WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND.. My bby had a T&A procedure and she was sick for the first 2 wks as expected for them but not for me.. which is ok because if it wasnt for them listening every time i called i wld have been lost... Thanks alot..
