I'm new to Abilene and had my Jeep serviced at another business. Make a long story short they messed up the balance and rotate I paid for and refused to fix it. Today (October 6) I went to Discount Tire and they fixed my urgent need right on the spot. It was dangerous to drive and I'm truly thankful the guys at the store fixed it. Highly, Highly recommend!
I called ahead from Sweetwater at about 3:00 pm to ask if there was a chance I could get in without an appointment and was told if you get here before 6:00 we'll get your wheels replaced no problem. So, I make the 40 mile drive and they are pretty busy so it takes a while for them to get to my truck. It was actually the last vehicle of the day. I didn't mind waiting though because everyone in the bay was working their backsides off. All in all the service was good and I'm happy with my new wheels and the price I paid for them. I would highly recommend this place for anyone's tire and wheel needs.
If you need new tires def go to discount tire off of s. Clack they are amazing and very professional!!! Brandon is a wonderful manager and will help with your every need!! He needs a raise :)
They were really busy, some employees were putting in 12hr shift. They still were attentive and took the time to discuss some issues I had with tires. Once my vehicle was in the bay it took about 45mins.
