Walked in at 4:30 and was told the counter employees would be right back. Then was asked what I needed. When I said I needed to open an account she said(nicely) she needed to open one for the girl that walked in before me, so she wouldn'tbe able to get to me today because she would not be finished until after closing time as if that were simply unacceptable. If this lack of commitment to service is an example of what Chase has to offer, I won't be back.
Was assisted in starting a checking and savings account today by a girl named Megan. She was very helpful as were the other employees, and she explained everything I needed to know very clearly. Looking forward to working with this bank! Highly recommended to others.
Drove 35 miles to the branch on N 3rd to open a commercial checking account this morning. In this very large branch, there was no one there today that could open a business checking account today. They did call the branch near the mall and someone was there that could help. They were given my name and told that I was on my way. Arrived at that branch and was told I needed to come back in an hour. The person was in but tied up. Very disappointed in the service. I spent the hour across the street at First Financial Bank opening my account, were I was treated very well! Will never go near a Chase bank again.
Where did Megan go!? Miss her? She was awesome!
If no one can even answer the phone, that's not a good sign! This bank will be receiving negative word-of-mouth from us.
