We've had an account with them for 8 year and finally have move all our account over to Abilene Teachers Federally Credit Union. BoA has fees on everything and bad management and processes.
Worst Bank in Abilene.
This is the worst bank ever, the tellers are always rude and have an attitude as if they work all day when they are only open till 3pm, they are always super slammed and slow, they never have more than 2-3 tellers working either.
I've never waited so long in the commercial drive up lanes as I did at this location. 53 minutes to get through 5 cars. At my normal location back in Wichita Falls, it would take them half that time max.
You're already taken away access and convenience to the minimum, particularly on the north side of town, and you close too early!
Closes TOO EARLY in Abilene TX!
Absolutely some of the most rude and snobby tellers I've ever come across. I bank with USAA and they go above and beyond to help and are VERY pleasant. These people, everytime I make a payment are rude and short with me. Maybe they should take some pointers from USAA
Open another banking center in the 79601 zone of the city. And keep the lobby is open until 5 o'clock at least !!!
