The service was alright. They seem to act as if I'm just an inconvenience. My son's cake was Cars themed. They forgot the Mator on it which was extremely disappointing. When my father picked up the cake it was not ready. Which wasn't the employees fault, she was left to do multiple cakes all by herself because as she explained people called in and nobody, including the manager, would come in to help her, she was very nice though. When I asked the difference between the two different types of frosting, the lady explained them backwards, leading me to get the wrong kind of frosting. It was nothing major, but customer service and details need to be remembered.
