My first experience with them was when I ordered cupcakes for my daughter's birthday. Customer service was great. The presentation of the cupcakes was beautiful and exactly what I ordered. The cupcakes themselves were the problem. They were very crumbly and wouldn't hold together and we're very dry. It seemed like they were several days old even though I picked them up on the agreed upon day.
Baked goods are very good, many different items to choose from. Employees are polite
