What can I say, Low Prices, Friendly Service and Excellent Security.
AAA Self Storage has very rude people that work there and seem quite shady. When I emailed them to inquire about a storage locker they were quite rude to me and acted like they didn't even want me service. Plus the place looks quite shady and seems to be easy to break into.
My husband purchased a 10X10 unit yesterday as we thought we would need storage as we awaited for approval for our new home. A blessing in disguise, we got our home approved quicker than we imagined. We can move in today. We have not accessed anything at this unit so I contacted Mr. Peterson, who claims to be the owner in partnership. This man became very disrespectful, not understanding, and raised his voice. I explained the circumstances hoping he would be more understanding to retrieve our business in the future and refer his units to others. I then informed him I would contact BBB and small claims court as he can see on security I have not accessed his units. He rudely said he did not care, go ahead, contact Sparky Dean, and another unknown local Judge and he would win and put it all over the newspaper. He then stated if I stopped payment he would 'sue me'. This is all being said when I was polite and attempted to explain my situation which is a blessing in disguise to our family to move so soon. In all my years, I have NEVER got such terrible business from someone. Especially from the owner. I will keep putting word out on my experience at AAA Self Storage on 4-30-14.
