Well, it was that time. New roof....who enjoys dealing with contractors. Not saying they're bad people or anything. Just don't like handing, hard earned, cash over to anyone. When it comes to a new roof or major plumbing or any big remodeling job. a contractor is usually involved. So the search was on. Called the folk at Jolly Roofing and they tell me they be out the next day and look at my place. Didn't need to be home, just needed permission. Called us the day after with an estimate. He informed us of the amount and I had to look down at my foot....at first I thought maybe I stubbed my toe or something along them lines, because that was painful. He chuckled, me not so much. We talked a bit about different pricing that was available. I listened, he was very knowledgeable. Makes folk proud when people, who are trying to separate you from a big chunk of change, don't stumble thru their words while you popping questions at them. Decided not to even bother anyone else with the bids. Perhaps that was presumptuous of me, but good people getting harder to find these days. Called them back about getting started. He informed us, that unless something came up, they would be there first thing Monday and be done Tuesday afternoon. They were & they did. They've come by a time or two, making sure what they did sticks. Yeah, makes us very proud we called Jolly. I'm not going to tell anyone to do what I did. Folk should always do what feels right. To our family, this just felt right.
Jolly was great about giving us a call back and setting up a quote. They gave me several different quotes to let me weigh my options. Troy Barr was amazing answering all my questions. The roof came out beautiful. I had some rotted wood repaired and there was a small opening that needed caulking. I called and Caleb Jolly had someone out the next day to patch it up. Unlike the last roof job I had with another roofer, Jolly did a good job cleaning up all the nails from the yard. I would highly recommend Jolly Roofing. Great Customer service and great workmanship.

We had to have a new roof put on our home at the end of 2016. Caleb and his team were professional, courteous and easy to work with. Everyone at Jolly Roofing answered our calls immediately or if we had to leave a message, they returned our calls promptly, usually within the hour that we left a message. They were very helpful and patient while we tried to make a decision on which shingles we wanted on our roof. They were thorough and helpful in explaining the different types of roof types and colors. They kept us informed during every step of the way in getting the new roof installed. After the roof was installed, they made a final walk through with us to make sure we were happy with everything on the roof. They made sure that every detail of the roof looked professional, every piece of the roof including all metal parts. We recently had a very bad hailstorm and we live at least 30 minutes from where the actual Jolly Roofing business is and they were at our house inspecting our roof within an hour and a half of the hailstorm. I would highly recommend Jolly Roofing to anyone who would like a professional, thorough and courteous roofing company that is easy and professional to work with.
Caleb Jolly was prompt, professional and communicated clearly with us throughout the entire process of replacing our roof. The team who did the work was courteous and efficient. They did a beautiful job and we could not be happier with our new roof!
