Just to update, I called every day for two weeks and always received the same promise of a return call. At this point if they called I wouldn't trust them to actually do the work since they can't even return a call.
Ended up kicking the rude plumber out of the house, I call the owner who was pleasant, and apologized, but I still ended up doing it myself.
They went above and beyond helping me with my plumbing. Jeff was especially nice and resolved more than I initially called on. Thank you!
Never could get a could a call back after calling at least 6 times for a quote.
Not the greatest at keeping track of jobs, returning calls, or getting the correct price quote. The owner seems to be very new "business" side of running a company, and his subs are wildly out of control. I've also never heard of someone not getting hired after calling 4 of 5 times and speaking with the owner twice about a job. Overall: highly overrated
