Not much. Employees smoking in office. The lady that checked us in was rude and condescending. They did not have the truck we reserved and did not attempt to help us find one.

26’ one way rental. Requested different truck with air ride seat. Was informed those are only for local moves. Which seems counterintuitive since a cross country move in such a large vehicle is taxing. If you don’t get a truck with the air ride seat invest in Motrin. Also discovered the horn didn’t work during the trip.
