The best drive in movies Theater that I have been at.best prices on the food and the movies just 8 dollars for both movies that's awesome
The place could use a little maintenance. overall, the drive in experience is there. I learned that if your going to go to a drive in you might want to go in the fall after the mosquitos have died !
It was neat to experience a drive in theater. Screen seemed kinda dim but the movie was watchable. Audio plays via FM radio and audio was surprisingly good. My biggest complaint was with the people in front of me constantly turning their headlights on and off, and that made it very difficult to see the screen. Inconsiderate jerk. Can't blame the establishment for that, isn't their fault. Will probably give it another shot.
This place needs some serious TCL. The screens need painting, the restrooms need cleaning and there needs to be a sign that says large vehicles park in rear. Oddly almost every drive in has that policy buut not this one. So you can pay pull in and find out you won't be watching half of the movie because Billy Bob wants to park his huge lifted truck in the front. I'd say steer clear of this place and redbox it!
My family had a wonderful time! The prices were great. I'm sure when we visit Abilene we will come again.
