Horrible experience, bought a vacuum from the owner shy and I took it home and it was broke. Never got to use it once. Took it back and he immediately started accusing me rudely of me breaking it. Asked for him to fix it and he wanted to charge me for it. After repeatedly telling me he can't help me. I told him I never used the vacuum and if you look at it, it was clearly clean as a whistle. He started giving me dirty looks and started shouting. Worst customer service ever. This dude has no care for his customers.
Monty was a great guy. Very friendly and helpful service. Really quick turnaround too. Repaired our vacuum's cord, and replaced the bag, and cleaned it up to where it looks brand new! I'm confident that it works better than it ever has. I'd definitely recommend his services!
I don't know about the other review. My experience was WONDERFUL. Monty (the owner) was very knowledgeable about vacuums AND carpet shampooers. His bedside manner was impeccable. The only reason I rated tge experience a 4 star is because the belt was $15 a little more than what I wanted to pay. He for warned me though in a very delightful manner. I will DEFINITELY be going back for all my vacuum amd shampooer needs. Very nice and inviting man. Thank you Monty!!!
