The ladies were really nice and talkative, but for $60 to get the top part of my hair bleached and then it not even really come out? There was a large section of my hair that still had red/brown tints. I appreciate the customer service but definitely not the end result, especially for the large bill collected after everything was said and done.
I have never had a bad experience at Regis Salon. I started going there three years ago, on a whim, and have made the place home. My stylist of chioce is the manager, Amber. She is extraordinary, nearly a magician. However, the other stylists are always very helpful and welcoming and I only see fantastic hair leaving Regis Salon!
Over the last few months I've been getting my hair cut by Phyllis. This girl is amazing! I always leave with a great cut and great conversations!
