Called this morning around 11 am to get an appointment but no answer.. No biggie show I showed up at noon (opening) and I was the second one on the list. Well after the first guy was called a short Hispanic young woman called the person after me on the list.. I thought it was a mistake but as it turns out the hair dresser makes more on women than men. So I waited thirty minutes before leaving to give them a chance to call me but it didn't happen. I left as the young Hispanic woman glared at me for asking me I wasn't called. I have always gone to MC and tipped very well 5-10 bucks depending on the cut but I will never return
Probably the worst butcher job I have ever had. I will wear a hat for several months to cover up the mess. Chopped, uneven, back wedge turned into a boy cut, almost shaved. When I went in I felt ugly. Now I just feel ugly and embarrassed. Never again.
Only place I go to for my highlights! Daisy does amazing colors! Highly recommend this place! Daisy, Lanae and Erika is who our family uses!
I had an appointment and rushed to get there on time. I wasn't told with who my appt was with. I stood there at the register and NOBODY came to ask me what I was there for or if I had an appt. There were two ladies tending to their customers but couldn't stop for a few minutes to help me. So I was irritated and sat down. Still no one came and asked if I needed help. I know that they both knew I was there. I sat there for 25 minutes!! Then, another customer walks in and a worker comes out of nowhere from the back came and got her without acknowledging me even though one worker mentioned that I was there first. No help, still.
Run for your life they chopped my daughter's hair off I said shoulders and the girl went ear and it's so uneven the back is really short and choppy and the front is longer then the back I will never never never go back to that place! The first time we went they did amazing but this time sucked! Oh and BTW don't expect a warm welcome!
The workers still tending to their customer and I haven't been seen for 40min! So one worker's customer left and I looked at her and said I had an appt. She apologized. She swept the hair up from her previous customer and then tells me to go to the bathroom and put on a robe because I was going to do highlights. I wasn't sure if she was going to do my hair or somebody else was so I stood there and put on my robe and her knowing I was there, didn't direct me where to sit. So I just sat down. 5 minutes later she tells me to come sit down in her chair. I'm like, why didn't you tell me?! You knew I was just standing there! I was going to do haircut and highlights and she cut my bangs too short. Probably did it purposely. So I wasn't going to let her mess up the highlights either! I had better service the first time, but never again will I go back there! You're in the customer service business, you need to be customer oriented.
