My husband also trains when he can, and if he could, he'd be doing it every chance he got!! Very professional with the adults, everyone is friendly and have great sportsmanship! There is no alpha male feeling, its very humbling for the adults as well!! Couldn't express how much we love this gym!!!!
I take my boys here and we love it!!!! They train hard and have a lot of fun! It is a well disciplined and very humble sport to get your kids involved in. They are taught they need to work hard, not only in the gym, but in everything they do. It has proven affective against bullies this year, only to defend themselves. They are taught never to pick fights and to always defend themselves and those unable to defend themselves. They are encouraged to compete and not discouraged if they lose. All the instructors here have been amazing.

Was in Abilene visiting and decided to contact a local Jiu-Jitsu and glad I did , had a awesome time training with the high caliber professionals such as Joseph, and students at Zombie. Would recommend Zombie for anyone wanting to learn this form of Martial Art style. I'm only in Abilene every few months but you can be assured that I will be in class at Zombie every chance I get.
