Gentlemen young guy was very helpful and kept his word ( which is stilhl policy) the two older gentleman were rude and speaking about in a rude manner to where I could hear. Again great customer service from young sales associate. Thanks mark
Great experience at Smith Outdoor. Salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product I was interested in. This is my second mower purchased from them and I'm sure I will return when I need another.
Terrible place. After waiting 2 weeks to get something repaired i had to call and check on it. They gave me the estimate. After another week and a half i had to call back to check on it. they said it was ready but never called me to tell me. When I picked it up, the cost was twice what the estimate was. I can understand $10 to even $30 more but this was terrible. I could have bought new equipment for what I had to pay. Not to mention the terrible customer service. Every time I went in, there are several people behind the counter but they take forever to get to you. Absolute worst experience I've had with service in Abilene. Will never go back.
They are the example that all companies should follow. Professional, knowledgeable, helpful staff that made sure that they showed me how to properly use the equipment I bought from them. I would definitely refer my friends to them & I will buy from them again. I rate Smith Outdoor Power a 5!!!!
