On 11-16-17 a tech came to my home for a check up on my air condition.Tech was Issac Torres. He told me i need to replace my coil for my lennox air heat pump. He call me that night and said it would cost me $ 5,000.. What a scam. I call Air Tech and they quoted me $1,500.00. Beware for quality air should change name to Scamoo . Beware of Issac torres he will not tell you the truth. Buyer BEWARE
Great communicator. Explained what he was doing, and what the concerns were. Gave me options and let me decide how to proceed. Very thorough in his analysis. After deciding not to pour more money int I my old unit, Isaac referred me to a knowledgeable tech who could answer questions on new equipment. Good people!
A/C went out, called from Sweetwater at 9:30 pm. Adam was there and A/C fixed promptly! Thanks a bunch!!
We have been getting the run around from them all weekend long. They still can't tell us if they will be able to come to our house today and it's almost 10:30. First service call was pretty good. I'm getting very dissapounted. We currently have another company that is going to come out first thing in the morning if they don't show up today or make efforts to make this right. I have a one year old son and currently pregnant. This heat is not good for either of us and I can't go anywhere just in case they decide to actually show!!
These guys are a bunch of crooks. I will not be using them again and would recommend no one else does. We called Quality Cooling & Heating to look at our air conditioning unit. When I called to scheduled the repair, they told me it would cost $99 for the service call plus parts and labor. The repairman spent 10 minutes in our attic. He did not replace any parts. He reset a switch and when he was done he told me I owed $209. I asked the man what the additional fees were and he said it was for labor. I also asked if there was a military discount and he said that was the military discount. Way to support your military Quality Cooling & Heating! I said I would be providing a seething review regarding his fraudulent practices and he very rudely said if I thought his work was only worth $99 on a Saturday then he would take that.
