We went in to look at a hot tub and to get some information but the lady was too busy on her phone and the guy there didn't know any information ... What a way to run a business!!

Owner would not send anyone to my home for an estimate after I told her I was in a wheelchair. She gave me every excuse why I could not afford a pool and should just go with a hot tub.

They were willing to go over and above to try to help me even though they couldn't provide the parts for my Sundance hot tub I was able to buy the parts online and they installed it for me for a reasonable price.
