I grew up in the flower business. I went in two weeks before my son's prom to order a corsage and boutinnere. I told the sales girl exactly what I wanted, I was very specific. No one called me to say they couldn't get what I requested. We went to pick up the flowers and it was not at all what I ordered and it was poorly designed and the ribbon didn't match. It was obvious that they don't care what kind of product goes out the door. Luckily someone who knows how to design was there that day to fix it because no one else was open at that point on Saturday afternoon.
Saturday, Jan. 21, 2017 ordered a wildflower arraignment for the funeral of Wesley Armstrong. The lady taking the order seemed more concerned about some type of promo going on inside of store. Was quoted $325 after payment discovered had been charged $350 before taxes and delivery fee. Advised lady of quoted price. Paid $325. Jan. 24 family viewing for Wesley no arraignment. Called found out order had been changed completely from wildflowers to rose arraignment plus was changed to casket spray. During time of family death places like this offer their so called time and compassion but only thing matters is dollar amount for them. This place was going to skim $364 of my money and when confronted by phone want to argue the arraignment was sent. My money is little or nothing to them, which nothing is what they will get from me in the future. It may impress people to talk about 40-50 thousand dollar weddings, that means little or nothing to me.
Love this shop! I order from Baack's for both personal and business! All of our orders have been beautiful! They always go above and beyond and the staff is so kind! I highly recommend Baack's Florists!!!

We ordered a flower arrangement over the phone with Baack's. We selected an arrangement from the website that was in a glass vase, with roses and carnations. They said that it would be 'almost' like that. When the arrangement was delivered it was very poorly and cheaply done. It was in a leopard patterned tin can, sparsely flowered, no roses or carnations. We are disappointed because we spent great care on the phone ordering and verified exactly what we would be getting, instead they took the cheaper way out.
