4th service call replaced motherboard. Top started cooling but freezer fills with frost
My wife and I would have spent around $2,000 on a new washer and dryer today...if we were ever greeted or approached by any one of the many employees on their sales floor. Now, we're joining the growing number of customers that will take our (previously Sears) business online.
Our refridge start not cooling upper half, freezer was cooling perfect one may 20th. We live about 20 miles south of Abilene so service calls are two weeks after calling.
1st service call no parts. Ordered fan
I work there they are not a very good employment people. I went to work one day i. I went rift to. The store manger I show him I was very sick. The next day I had no job i don't recommend any buddy to work there. At all. Sucky pay sucky jobs
that would be two months and five days. And that is with Sears extended SERVICE agreement.
5th service call schedualed for July 25th. Will have to postpone that one out of town for Grand Childers!

The mall opens at 10:00. We drove from Cisco (50 miles) on Friday only to find that Sears doesn't open until 11:00. When they did open, there was 1 salesperson in appliances waiting on the only other customer there. He never acknowledged our presence, so after looking around in the appliance dept for 30 minutes or so, we left. We went to the car, ordered a microwave online, and went to pickup in just a few minutes. We were going to buy a cook stove from them as well, but they didn't have any in stock!
