I walked into this store and stood there for a couple of minutes and I wasn't greeted at all. Okay...I wouldn't have been so mad if they were all busy, but 3 of the 4 workers were standing at the registers chatting like they were at a bar. Another worker looked at me and then walked away, without saying a word. Needless to say, I'd rather buy cheap lingerie and be treated better than shop here!
I've always had good service here finding what to get my girl. The workers are nice and polite but would be nice if it was bigger.
Great customer service. Amazing group of women working there. They will help fit your woman for a bra. Full of amazing advice and knowledge of the human body and different sizes and shapes.
Consistently bad, incompetent, rude customer service. They don't know basic corporate store policies and can't process a simple return without a world of hassle. They are constantly training new people who are unable function in their roles and give you false information. The worst VS store I have ever been to and has been like this for years. I have complained to Customer Care at the corporate line many times, and nothing seems to change. Avoid this store if you can!
This store Is horrible! From the store being messy and having stains on the carpet and the employees. I was in there today and there was only one worker at the register and three other girls on the floor walking around. If there is a line of customers there should be more than one worker at the register. Also I asked for help to find something in my size and the worker told me to hold on until she was finish organizing underwear! Victoria Secret's corporate really needs to look into this store and make changes!
