They don't exactly give you what you are suppose to have. And new up to date stuff they either won't take it or or they offer you way under $10 for. And they are rude.
And I have two teens.
I brought in 3 bags of clothing, some still had tags on them. Their sign says they're looking for outerwear, long sleeves, etc. I had MANY sweaters, one poncho, pants with tags still on them. They took less than 5 min to go through, and did not buy one thing. Will not return.
I called in advance to make sure what to bring and what not to bring. I was told by employee Darian to just bring it all we will sort through it. I called back just to be sure of what I should bring due to age content etc. I was told by Darian to bring it all . I did. And once again EVERYTHING was rejected. This store sucks and it's employees are unprofessional. I won't be back and I'll recommend this to others. Ridiculous.
This store is horrible. I have gone in several times to sell items, and they are so rude about it. They often times can't even look you in the eye. The employees are not in sync. One woman told me to clean up my converse and bring them back, but when I did that, the GUY told me they weren't clean...AND my question is, how can a GUY know what items to purchase? He can't. He doesn't wear them. I don't like this store.
Yes they have cute clothes but when you take in clothes to sell them, they do not give you what your clothes are worth. They offered me 16 dollars for miss me jeans, 5 dollars each for 4 pairs of Hollister Jeggings, and some pink victorias secret long sleeve Shirts. And they turn around and sell these miss me jeans for 40 plus. Oh and Hollister Jeggings thw re are 18 dollars at least. It's absolutely ridiculous.
