I am not happy with the car washing services. I did an $11 upgrade today with the oil change. I offered to vacuum myself bc I said I want all the dog hair out or it defeats the purpose of paying extra. The workers assured me they would take care of it. Needless to say I need to go vacuum out the remaining dog hair between the front seats. I also assumed that they would wipe down the doors and center console with the dash. It only includes the dash for $11, wth?! I am going inside to request a refund bc for that $11 I can vacuum myself and use a wet dish towel to wipe down the inside and be happier. This place could be really good but definitely misses the mark since it's change from the previous company. I'm done spending my money here ✌️️Out.
Great lube service. Car wash prices are a joke though. Horrible job cleaning inside for the price I paid. Wouldn't recommend the wash, the oil change place however is great. Always great work from the lube center.
I've had the unlimited car wash on both of our vehicles for awhile. Since we recently sold one, I went in to get that car removed and they did it without any hassle. They always do a great job on my car and I feel like I get more value than I pay for.
I tried this place the first time, paying 32.00 and the wash wasn't worth the cash paid. Giving the place another try, we only purchased the 26.00 car wash. Both purchases were not the lowest grade option and neither was worth even the time spent waiting for the car to be washed. We will be going somewhere else.
They were courteous and fast pace. My car was so so dirty and the inside was so trashed.. I probably was the worse car they ever had lol. I helped them clean it out and they were nice about it. I paid for the top cleaning service since the inside was so dirty. I got my car back and it was so beautifully clean and the dash was clean unfortunately that's all they cleaned! They vacuumed of course but they did nothing to the doors and nothing to my leather seats. I have all this dust and dirt on my middle console and dirt and gunk on my seats! Idk what was the point of paying them for cleaning my dash if I'm going to have to go home and clean the inside regardless! I'm a little disappointed... I might not go back because of this.. Or at least ever pay for this option again!
