I placed a mobile order, and arrived 5 minutes later. I stood at the pick up counter and waited patiently for the one of the 2 baristas to finish what they were doing and ask, "Can i help you?" After a half an hour of waiting, as they cycled the now growing line, still having never acknowledged me, I asked, "Is this where I pick up a mobile order?" "Yes, but you have to ask for it." She replies "I understand that, but being as your entire job consists of customer service, a 'Sir can I help you' may have been in order" To put the cherry on this cake, the 9 dollar Caramel Macchiato they had me looks like a cup of used dishwater...nice. So the morel to this story children...is the Buffalo Gap Starbucks is always busy for a reason, don't bother using this one...lol
I appreciated their service and friendly nature. I will surely be back!!!
Service sucks and the wait is super long.... They need to reorganize and prioritize....
This place is really hit or miss. Sometimes, your order and experience is perfect. Other times, you get a Venti cup of coffee flavored milk . Sometimes (more than once), it's inedible like today, and I had the pleasure of throwing away $4 worth of milk .
Two young ladies working when I stopped to get my usual white mocha chocolate Frappuccino. While one of the ladies made my order, her name was Danielle, I used the restroom. When I got back I obviously had forgotten to say Frappuccino. The young ladies hurried to get me what I'd intended to order in the first place, a the whileft with smiles and awesome attitudes
Favorite starbucks in town! Staff is great and usually pretty quick. Also their mobile pick up has a super convenient location right inside the door!
