Amazing place. I take my infant here and the staff here are very patiant with us. He loves to make messes and they never onve complain. They actually encourage him. Of course we give them very generous tips for being so lovely towards us and especially our child. Food is wonderful and always comes out with rich flavors. Best place I have eaten in so far. Thank you for the very wonderful experience.
Dinner and drinks with my husband. Shelby was a great server! My 6oz sirloin melted in my mouth!! Parking lot was full, and we walked in to be seated! We will DEFF be back! Thanks Shelby for outstanding service!
Came in and placed a to go order of a cup of chili and a grilled chicken salad. I made the mistake of not checking it before I left nor did the hostess check it. When I got ready to eat, I didn't have any silverware and what I asked for on and with my salad was not on it. The chili didn't taste like the chili at other Texas Roadhouse restaurants either...not good. I called the restaurant and was put on hold for five minutes...no joke!!! When I was able to speak to a person, they put the manager on the phone who wanted to know if I wanted to come back to get my correct order. I did not. He took my name and address and said he was going to mail me a voucher for another entree. We'll see... maybe, hopefully this was an isolated incident...
If you are looking for a cheap place to have some quality USDA Choice steak, Texas Roadhouse is the place to be. To get the most out of your money, I'd recommend picking out your cut of meat when you walk in. That way you'll see both the quality and marbling of what you'll be eating. I got a Bone-In Ribeye and it was delicious. Very juicy and tender. The service is usually good and the prices are fair. Satisfied with my visits.
